RISING 2026 & 2027 – brand logo

RISING Festival invited Studio Gilay back to design the moon logo for their 2026 and 2027 festivals!

Our concept draws on electronic music sequencing, and the universal movement that sound waves create within organic particles. Sound creates waves and vibrations that cause particles to dance and move. The concept is not only a tribute to RISING’S curatorial dance programming, community energy, and the city’s pulses, but a joyful celebration of the ethereal quality of the forever-there moon. As in previous years, we produced static and animated work for this campaign.
